Van Heuven Properties is a luxury residential real estate company averaging five agents and a companion commercial property company. Created templates for one, two, and four page flyers that agents are able to drag and drop images into and have print ready files for each company. I create custom flyers and brochures for high-end properties and commercial investment proposals.

Created stationary suite for both Van Heuven Properties (VHP) featuring silver foil on the logo throughout and ISO Commercial (ISO). Design and create content for VHP’s monthly newsletter which averages 39% open rate and 21% click rate.
